I’m a designer and art director with 15 years of experience working in-house to bring brand stories to market through conceptual thinking and a collaborative style of execution and management. I thrive in the process of infusing the day to day work with the big ideas that underlie well defined brands. I see the forest and the trees. I look for simple solutions to everyday design problems and believe that good design follows respect for the process. A varied background in industrial design, furniture design, and cabinet-making not only informs the way I approach each unique project, but has also taught me the benefit of a clever and efficient design model.
I live outside Seattle with my wife and daughter and have made Washington State my home for 35 years. When not behind a computer, I can either be found cycling through the finest mountains and cityscapes our state has to offer, or at home cooking for my lovely family.
